DR STORAGE - Digital Nitrogen Controller(IOT) NC-5R Brand : Dr Storage Model : NC-5R Product Descriptions Nitrogen controller NC-5R is used to control the filling of dry air into the cabinet so the desired relative humidity or oxygen level(option) in the cabinet can be reached. For example, if the user set 20%RH as the required humidity, then the dry air will stop to be filled while 20%RH is reached. The dry air can be nitrogen, CO2 or inert gas. Traditional nitrogen cabinet allows the dry air to fill all the time continuously. After NC-5 is adapted, there will be 30~60% of dry air can be saved. In case the power outage, in order to protect the device inside the cabinet, the controller NC-5R will open to fill dry air continuously. Product Features Energy Saving: Dry air will no longer to fill continuously. It consumes only 5Wh while the filling solenoid of NC-5 is activated. Easy to install: Any of traditional nitrogen cabinet can be upgraded by adding NC-5 within 20 minutes. And then huge waste of nitrogen can be saved permanently. Data Recording: It is important to verify that the condition of storage meets the regulation of J-STD-033B. The users can connect note book PCs directly to the RS232 port of the cabinet to acquire the data or use our data logger to record the data. With our data recording function, the historical fluctuation of relative humidity or oxygen level(option) and temperature can be shown clearly in the graph. The floor life of the Moisture Sensitive Devices can also be calculated in the software . This uniquely patented function can easily verify if the SMD packages are stored at proper condition. It is very convenient for those who carry out quality assurance procedures. Calibration Reminding: The drift effect of sensors might influence the accuracy. In order to help complying with the regulation of ISO, a unique design of calibration expiration reminding function is offered in this model. When the sensor runs over 365 days, the decimal point in the panel will be flashed for reminding the user. Alarm Setting: There are two ways of alarm - flash and buzz. Alarm can be activated when the relative humidity or oxygen level(option) or temperature is higher than the setting of upper limit. And the flash and buzz alarm can be activated by different delay time.
