How to solve the large-scale impact torque test?This technical problem has troubled many manufacturing companies. This product adopts a unique circuit design and software processing technology, and adoptsa split design, which makes the product reach the level of imported instruments in measuring pneumatic tools and large-scale torque performance. It is particularly suitable for torque detection of large-torque products such as pneumatic tools and electric tools. The product quality is stable and reliable and has passed the inspection and certification of authoritative organizations such as Shanghai Electric Tool Research Institute, and complies with the ''JF1610-2017 Electric and Pneumatic Torque Wrench Calibration.
Performance Characteristics
- LCD (second generation) Ultra-high brightness digital tube displays the measured value. The reading is clear and accurate, suitable for various measurements wall environment (third generation)
- Color LCD display, with fishing line test function
- Use simulated bolts to reproduce the actual test situation and display the torque during the test (fourth generation)
- There are three measurement methods:
- Peak hold (PEAK), used to measure power tools
- Peak-to-peak hold (PPEAK), used to measure pneumatic tools, lithium battery electric
- TRACK tool for real-time measurement and zero point adjustment
- With forward and reverse measurement functions
- Can set the measurement time and measure the number of impacts within the set time
- Ability to set automatic peak reset time of 0.5-3 seconds (third generation)
- With overload alarm and low battery indication function
