Introduction:
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T269-91 ''Measurement of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease Cone Penetration'', GB/T4509-84 ''Measurement of Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt'', the national standard for test methods of petroleum products. The instrument also conforms to the transportation industry standard T604-93 ''Peer Penetration Test of Bitumen'', which is suitable for the cone penetration test of various lubricating greases and petroleum greases. Relevant standard needles can also be configured for substance testing of solid fine particles, powders, or colloids, frozen bodies, etc., as well as food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, butter, fermented body, etc.
This instrument is also applicable to ISO2137-85 ''Measurement of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease''; ASTMD217-82, IP50-79 ''Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease'' This instrument is used to measure the viscosity of grease and petroleum grease Cone Penetration, Petroleum Asphalt Penetration, Petroleum Wax Penetration.

Features:
- The cone penetration tester is composed of base, support, up and down adjustment mechanism, measuring mechanism and other parts.
- Base adjustment mechanism: There are fine-tuning anchor screws on the chassis, and leveling round blisters are set on the surface. The level of the base table can be easily adjusted by adjusting the anchor screws.
- Support and up and down adjustment mechanism (national patent): It is composed of a support rod, a support arm and an up and down thickness adjustment knob. During the test, the height of the scale in the measuring mechanism can be adjusted, and it has the characteristics of accurate adjustment and self-locking at any time.
- Measuring mechanism: It is composed of digital display ruler, cone electric lock, manual button and timer. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, convenient observation and operation, and no resistance when the cone slides down.
