Product Description:
The paper and cardboard in-bond strength tester is mainly used to test the Z-direction tensile strength (i.e. interlayer bond strength) of paper and paperboard. Reflects the ability of paper and cardboard to resist separation between layers, that is, the strength of the internal bond between paper and cardboard.
Internal bond strength can be fully controlled, which is very important for processing multi-layer paper and cardboard, if the internal bonding value is low or unevenly distributed, it may cause problems when the paper and cardboard are tiled in offset presses using viscous inks; If the bonding strength value is too high, it will bring difficulty to processing and increase the company's costs. The test is widely used in multi-layer cardboard such as boxboard, white cardboard, grayboard paper, white cardboard, etc. in the printing and packaging industries.
