Product Descriptions:
A double-disk grinding and polishing equipment with frequency conversion and stepless speed control is called TIME-2DE. It enables two operators to operate simultaneously. The body is entirely made of ABS material, giving it a distinctive appearance, durability, and resistance to corrosion. A sturdy and sizable supporting chassis assures accurate rotational balance. Metallographic samples can be pre-ground, ground, and polished with this equipment. Pre-grinding is done on the left disc, and polishing is done on the right disc. The device is capable of precision polishing in addition to light grinding, coarse grinding, semi-fine grinding, and fine grinding. Users cannot prepare metallographic samples without this machine.
Cooling system
This machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing and prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating.
Control system
This machine has a dual-disc and dual-control structure. The two grinding and polishing discs are separately controlled through frequency converter speed regulation. The speed can be directly adjusted between 50-100r/min. It can also set the fixed speeds of 300r/min and 600r/min.
